Multi Core Technology Resources Inc. (Multi Core) is a company organized in 2006 by group of business executives and engineers from different IT companies with more than 50 years of combined experience.

The company is headed by Mr. Jose A. Chua, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer who has been an entrepreneur all his life and successfully steered various businesses from manufacturing, agriculture, construction, and information technology. He once led a company which computerized the Land Transportation Registration System in the Philippines through a Built-Operate-Owned scheme in partnership with the government. This is the first and so far the only successful computerization project undertaken under this scheme.

Multi Core's top management team is comprised of veterans from both the telecommunications and enterprise business sectors. Mr. James Quiocho, the Managing Director has extensive experience in Information Communication Technology (ICT) Industry. He has been at the helm of most of the major players in the country, specifically as GM for Teledata Philippines, and Avrion Systems. He has also held the top channels development programs for Alcatel, Nortel, Siemens and most recently Huawei.

The Technical Team is headed by Mr. Ariel Lopez who has experience in IP Telephony , International Gateway Facility (IGF) migration to carrier VOIP (Nortel NGN), Asia wide VOIP core deployment and 5 years with Nortel Networks.
